- Rs 100/- charged for Booking an appointment online is not transferrable and non Refundable.
- Appointment is valid only for that particular time and date
- Token number generated after taking the appointment should be produced at the OPD counter at time of consultation
- New or Renew patients have to pay Rs 400/- at the time of consultations at the OPD counter
- No additional payment for Followup patients. (followup duration is upto 30 days from renewal).
